By becoming a Young Leader, you have the opportunity to gain some practical experience in a professional working environment, learning from a professional and getting guidance and support.
By the end of your 10-weeks with us, we hope you will be in a position where you have improved your employability, learned new skills, made valuable connections and got something strong to put on your CV.
Each young leaders schedule will look different depending on what focuses they have chosen, but all are required to complete roughly 6 hours per week with E2M: including 3 in the office as a team, 3 independent working or shadowing.
You’ll build hands-on skills in graphic design, videography, and content creation while learning how to plan and deliver effective marketing strategies.
Possible career paths: marketing officer, photographer, journalist, editor.
Learn what it takes to become a manager from our very own CEO. Take a look at effective management techniques, where management meets leadership & useful ways to motivate and communicate with a team.
Possible career paths: event organiser, project manager, team leader.
Learn the inner workings of a charity and gain the skills it takes to fundraise, evaluate and organise. This experience will help you in any future career with tons of transferable skills to be learned.
Possible career paths: fundraiser, administrator, entrepreneur, secretary.
Gain experience in planning and leading workshops, working with young people, and bringing creative ideas to life.
Possible career paths: youth worker, artist, teacher, public speaker.
You’ll gain practical experience, build real projects, and develop skills that employers are looking for—all while being supported by a dedicated mentor.
