Our Press Club make zines and other publications that are themed around something important or interesting to the group. The club agree a theme and then spend a few months working on content to go into each zine through creative writing, poetry, illustration, photography or something creative they have made during the sessions.

Register an accountThe Press Club is perfect for anyone that is interested in arts and crafts. There is no obligation to have what you work on printed in our zines – you can simply turn up and try something out.
If you are considering a career in graphic design, illustration, photography, journalism or writing, this is a great opportunity to practice working to a deadline and along a chosen theme. You might even want to be an Editor for one of our zines!
The group meets every other Thursday at Escape2Make, 56 Church Street, LA1 1LH, from 5-7pm

We have a maximum capacity in each session, so may have a waiting list. Once you sign up, you will receive an e-mail, either inviting you along or confirming you are on our waiting list.
This club can count towards your Duke of Edinburgh Award under your SKILL section.
