We have an exciting opportunity…
We are looking for 4 reliable, hard-working and creative young people aged 18-25 to join our young leader’s programme!
Our programme will give you the opportunity to shadow professional, learn valuable skills and plan your own event!

What is a Young Leader?

By becoming a Young Leader, you have the opportunity to gain some practical experience in a professional working environment, learning from a professional and getting guidance and support.

By the end of your 12-weeks with us, we hope you will be in a position where you have improved your employability, learned new skills, made valuable connections and got something strong to put on your CV.

Each young leaders schedule will look different depending on what focuses they have chosen, but all are required to complete 72 hours with E2M over 12-weeks, amounting to roughly 6 hours per week

The goal? Putting on your very own E2M event! This will be up to you to use the skills you have learnt over the program to work together to create the event. Don’t worry, you won’t be fully alone you will have your team member and the support of your mentors through the whole process.

Choose your own pathway: 

You’ll build hands-on skills in graphic design, videography, and content creation while learning how to plan and deliver effective marketing strategies.

Possible career paths: marketing officer, photographer, journalist, editor.

Bring events to life, from early planning to live delivery, you’ll gain experience in organisation, leadership, and event logistics.

Possible career paths: event organiser, project manager, team leader.

You’ll develop skills in budgeting, networking, and planning—then team up with other Young Leaders to create and deliver your own fundraising event.

Possible career paths: fundraiser, administrator, entrepreneur, secretary.

Gain experience in planning and leading workshops, working with young people, and bringing creative ideas to life.

Possible career paths: youth worker, artist, teacher, public speaker.
