Pottery Club offers a great opportunity for getting away from the stresses of school, social media and life in general. This means you can escape as you make, alongside a lovely group of friendly people!
You’ll be guided through activities and shown techniques that will improve your Pottery skills. The group welcomes beginners but is also open to those with experience.
The group will work together to curate collections, but with enough room to work on independent creative projects too.
Activities will include using various kinds of clay, some of which will be taken away outside of sessions to be fired in a kiln. Some sessions will involve painting and designing pieces of fired work.
Some sessions will even take place in the professional Lancaster Pottery Studio in Lancaster – though most will be at the Escape2Make Centre.
The sessions run at Escape2Make, 56 Church Street, LA1 1LH, every other Tuesday, 5-7pm

We have a maximum capacity in each session due to the size of the venue, so may have a waiting list. Once you sign up, you will receive an e-mail, either inviting you along or confirming you are on our waiting list.
Please come in clothing you don’t mind getting messy! Pottery can be a messy activity – so get ready to get your hands dirty!
