Role: Craft Club Facilitator – Freelance Contract*
Rate of pay: £100 per session
Contract Start/end date: Ongoing Year-Round (Starting 29th July)
Working hours/location: Every other Tuesday evening, 5-7pm. Work location is E2M Centre, 56 Church Street, Lancaster, LA1 1LH. (Twice per year working a weekend to support our projects)

E2M are looking for an experienced textiles enthusiast to join our Craft Club team, planning and running sessions fortnightly. The Craft Club is made up of approximately 10-15 enthusiastic young people aged 11-18, who are supported by a tremendously hard working team of volunteers and a workshop assistant. E2M are seeking a candidate with textiles experience, an interest in working with young people, excellent communication and organisational skills, who is highly motivated and innovative.

If you are shortlisted for the role, you will be invited for a coffee and a discussion about the role’s requirements. These will be conducted in person, in Lancaster, and are likely to last 45 minutes – 1 hour. The discussion will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role and have a structured conversation around how your experiences match the role schedule and requirements outlined above.
