Role: Administrative Assistant – Freelance Contract*
Rate of pay: £100 per day
Contract Start/end date: 1 year from April 2025 (Start date decided at interview)
Working hours/location: 3 days per week. Working pattern to be discussed and agreed at interview. Work location expected to be in the E2M Centre, 56 Church Street, Lancaster, LA1 1LH, with some home working when required.
Type of contract: Freelance contract*
*NOTE: There may be the opportunity for this role to develop into employee capacity and continue beyond this initial contract – transitioning the E2M core team from freelance contracts to employees is an ongoing task that E2M’s CEO and board of trustees are currently working on.
In order to provide opportunities at the high standard that Escape2Make (E2M) maintains, a great deal of production work needs to go into the delivery behind the scenes. Which is why they feel that having additional support via an administrative assistant could be mutually beneficial. E2M are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is highly motivated and innovative. Experience in working with financial systems or in a youth work setting are preferable, but not essential.
