Have you ever wanted to escape from the outside world? Partake in a series of yoga exercises that will focus on breath work and meditation, transporting you away from the stresses of everyday life, into a sea of tranquility. You can even learn exercises that you can do at home to relax your body and mind.
Instructions
Please come in loose fitting clothing that’s easy to move around in.
We stress that you come at least 10 minutes before scheduled time, in order to ensure the workshop begins punctually.
